Information Stored On Your Device

The app stores information locally on your device so reminders can work, including reminder titles, optional notes, categories, event dates and times, alert preferences, sounds, repeat settings, completion state, snooze state, calendar-import decisions, location details you choose to add to reminders, and basic app settings.

How Information Is Used

The app uses this information to display reminders, schedule notifications, show alarms, estimate travel time when you add a destination, import calendar events when you choose to grant calendar access, and save your app preferences.

Permissions

• Notifications are used to deliver reminder alerts and alarms.
• Calendar access is optional and is used only to read upcoming events so you can import selected events as reminders.
• Location access is optional and is used only to estimate travel time to reminder destinations.

Sharing

We do not share reminder data, calendar events, or location details with third parties for advertising, analytics, or marketing. The app does not transmit this data to a developer server.

Data Retention And Deletion

Your reminder data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. You can remove data by deleting reminders, clearing completed history where available, or uninstalling the app.
