Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of the recipes, photos, meal plans, profile text and comments you publish. Myha Apps LLC does not take ownership of your posts. You are responsible for what you submit and confirm that you created it or have all permissions needed to publish it and grant the permissions below. Credit alone does not replace permission. Do not publish another person’s private information without permission.
Permission to operate the community
When you publish, you grant Myha Apps LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display and distribute that content within Myha, and to let our service providers process it to operate, secure and moderate the service. This includes showing it in discovery and letting other users save recipes and plans using the app’s features. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising uses. Other users may use saved copies for their personal meal planning; it does not give them permission to sell or republish your photos or writing elsewhere.
Removing your posts
You may unpublish or delete content through the available app controls, or contact support for help. Our permission ends when your content is removed from the active service, except for copies independently saved by other users, temporary backups and records needed for security or legal obligations as explained in our privacy policy. Removing a post does not erase copies already saved by other people.
Community rules
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Do not publish harassment, threats, hate or discrimination, sexual or exploitative content, graphic violence, encouragement of self-harm, illegal activity, scams, spam, impersonation, private personal information, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not provide dangerous food-handling instructions or misleading medical claims. Do not evade moderation or account restrictions. These rules apply to profiles, photos, recipes, plans and comments.
Moderation, reports and blocking
Proposed public content is sent to OpenAI for automated safety checks with your consent before publication. A rejected or unavailable check prevents publication. Automated checks can make mistakes. Use Community Safety on recipes, plans or comments to report a problem or block the creator. Manage blocked creators in Settings. Myha Apps LLC checks reports daily and may remove content, restrict publishing or suspend abusive accounts, including for repeated violations. For urgent concerns or an appeal, email contact@myhasoftware.com with the affected content and an explanation. We review appeals; reinstatement is not guaranteed.
Copyright and ownership complaints
To report content you believe infringes your rights, use the copyright reporting option in the app or email contact@myhasoftware.com. Identify the original work, the specific post or creator, your contact information and why you believe the use is unauthorized. Only submit accurate, good-faith reports. We may remove disputed content and restrict repeat infringers.
Food safety and AI
Community posts and AI drafts can be inaccurate. Review ingredients, allergens, quantities and cooking instructions before using a recipe. Content is general information, not personalized medical advice. Publishing AI-assisted content does not remove your responsibility to review it or obtain necessary rights.
Your account, subscriptions and privacy
Keep your account secure and use accurate profile information. You can delete your account in Settings. Deleting your account or app does not cancel Apple subscriptions; manage them through Apple. Our privacy policy explains data handling, providers and retention. Apple’s Standard EULA continues to govern the app license; these community terms supplement it for public sharing and do not replace mandatory consumer rights.
Acceptance and changes
By choosing Agree and Continue before publishing, you accept these Community Terms and confirm your publishing rights. If you do not agree, choose Not Now and do not publish. We may update these terms as the service changes; material changes to publishing permissions will require renewed agreement in the app. Contact Myha Apps LLC at contact@myhasoftware.com for questions.
